01What is the meaning of Gross Weight?

Gross weight refers to the weight of the package after it has been packed.

02If my parcel is damaged during dispatch, will there be a replacement?

We will pack your parcel properly under your supervision, but we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.

03What is a Clearance Delay in international shipments?

When a package is shipped internationally, it must go through customs clearance. If there are any issues with the clearance process, such as missing paperwork or inspections, this can delay the delivery of the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for clearance delays.

04Can homemade foods be sent through your service?

Yes, we can send homemade foods such as pickles, sweets, and snacks.

05What does the rate of Rs. 500 plus tax include?

Our rate of Rs. 500 per kg includes the labour cost of packing, but materials used for packing will be charged at nominal rates.

06How much does sending a package to the USA cost?

The rates vary based on weight and current promotions. Use the rate inquiry on this site for an instant estimate. Please note that government service tax is not included in the quoted rates.

07What are the charges for NRI packing?

To ensure the safe delivery of food items, we require all food materials to be packed with NRI packing using vacuum-sealed packaging. For pickles, the additional charge for NRI packing is Rs. 30, while all other food materials are charged Rs. 20.

08Are there any weight restrictions for packages?

We do not have any weight restrictions, but if your package weighs around 150 kg, please get in touch with us for discounted rates. Heavier packages are shipped as a single consignment but divided into multiple boxes for easier handling.

09Is your office open on Sundays?

No, our office is closed on Sundays.

10How is the weight of the package calculated?

We charge on the higher of the physical weight and the volumetric weight. For instance, if your actual weight is 10 kg and the volumetric weight is 12 kg, you will be charged for 12 kg. Weights are always rounded up to the nearest 0.5 kg, so a package of 10.2 kg is charged as 10.5 kg.
